太田宜孝のリクエストによって新たにラインナップに加わった157cm。157cmは多サイズよりも若干ワイドスペックに設定することにより高速域での安定感とパウダーライディングにおける浮力を工場したモデル。他のサイズよりもセットバックとテーパードを少なくすることにで、よりマウンテンフリースタイルボードに特化した滑走性を誇るボードになっています。

T.J BRANDの中で最もバランスがとれ、どんなシチュエーションでも安定した高いパフォーマンスを発揮するのがCRUISER。ウッドコアにはFLYING-V P.A.C.モデルで実証済みのPower Arch Carbonを採用。軽量かつ超高レスポンスのウッドコアを採用したことでスティープなバーンや荒れたバーンでも安心して突っ込むことができます。神森正義、加治秀之、中尾正明、太田宜孝等多くのT.J crewがここぞというときに愛用するモデル。
CRUISERはTJのオールマウンテンフリースタイルボード、パウダーから地形ライディングまで幅広く対応するボード。149.5,156cmは中高速域でのターンの安定感が抜群。トラックの多くついたパウダーバーンでも気持ちよく滑ることができるボード、シフトなどと比べるとテールが長い分、スピードには乗りやすいのが特徴ですが、ハイスピードになっても、テールの揚力をコントロールしやすいフレックスバランスにより、コントローラブルなボードに仕上がりました。エッジングしたときの前足元から伝わる安定感、ファーストターンから確信するはずです。テールのコントロール性と次のターンへのスムースなトランジッションはワンランク上のスピーディーな世界に入り込みます。 160cmは少し違った性質、例えばハイスピードでビッグなターンを描きたい。下へ下へ落とすダイナミックなライディングがしたい。 体格に関係なく、ビッグマウンテンライディングを志すなら、是非乗って欲しい。フレックスはミッドハード、圧雪バーンでもノーズからテイルまで有効エッジをフルに使ってターンする気持ちよさ、パウダーではビッグに引き伸ばしたターン、後ろ足にかかるパワーが前方への推進力へと繋がります。細かいツリーには多少難しく感じることもあるかと思いますが、その分ハイスピード、ステイブルなボードになりました。

And then there have been requests from various quarters for a solid AC board with high-performance riding that exceeds beyond just splitboards. So, The solid board "Coelacanth" is available from this season. Available in 4 sizes: 148, 155, 158, and 161 cm, covering sizes for ladies to large riders.The wood core is made of P.A.C. (Powerflex Arch Carbon) mixcore, which has a proven track record in the Cruirer, Draft P.A.C. and Flying-V P.A.C. models and is known for its sharp and dynamic ride. We chose Mighty glass2, which has excellent response, for the fiberglass. This combination creates direct edging and holding. It has been added to the Terrain series as a sharp, high-performance board. The 148cm is a mid-flex board with high response performance, taking into consideration the leg strength of women. The 155 is a mid-soft flex board that allows for more freestyle play, from carving to tricks as well as playing on the terrain. The 158cm is a mid-mid-hard flex board that allows for high-speed skiing on any terrain. The 161cm is a mid-hard flex board that allows for stable performance on larger runs. The square shape and early rise rocker combine to create a nose that provides great buoyancy and maneuverability in powder, while the winged sealer tail provides both stickiness and comfortable release in the latter half of the turn. The camber is set at 4mm to reduce resistance when riding in powder, yet provide a firm grip when carving, meeting the riding style of freestylers.
